Qualifications/ Requirements
Grade 10 and 3
years relevant experience or
Grade 12
and 1 year
relevant experience in
customer focused environment
Relevant Diploma in
Marketing, Sales, PR, Communications. Qualification in Management will be an added advantage
Computer literacy
(EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in
dealing with a diversity of customers and excellent problem solving and
communications skills in both English and isiZulu
.
Key Performance Areas
Efficiently and
effectively handle customer complaints, customer relationships, enquiries and
queries
Respond to
correspondence in the form letters, emails, faxes, telephone calls etc.
Prepare monthly and
quarterly customer complaints reports for management review
Conduct customer
satisfaction surveys
Maintain customer
complaints database for following up and reference
Communicate Council’s
business priorities and
explain policies and procedures.
