Salary

R268 106.90 – R297 536.82 p.a. (D1) (plus 10% scarce skills allowance subject to certain conditions)

Qualifications/ Requirements

  National Diploma in Civil Engineering (S4)

  At least 3 years post Diploma experience in Electrical Engineering (Traffic Signals) of which  1 year should be at a Management level

  Registration  as  a  Professional  Engineer  with  ECSA  will  be  an  added advantage

  A valid Code EB driver’s licence

Key Performance Areas

  Manage the planning and control of Traffic signals and Telephones

  Optimize performance of the department through the development of sound relationship with internal and external clients

  Interpretation  of  development  requirements  against  the  capacity  and capability of the department to accomplish immediate, short and longer term service delivery objectives
