Qualifications/ Requirements

  BSc Degree/ B Tech Degree in Civil Engineering 

  3 years relevant post qualification experience

  Registered of eligible for registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa

  Code B (08) drivers licence

Key Performance Areas

  Responsible  for  the  overall  construction  quality  monitoring  roads  and storm water projects

  Establishing  quality  aims  and  objectives,  operating  requirements  and business priorities

  Investigating    and  implementing  appropriate  quality  management  policies  and  models  including  capital  and  operational  funding  requirements  in  order  to  deliver  an  effective  Quality  Monitoring System

  Planning  and  verifying  performance  of  internal  and  private contractors or teams 

  Preparing management plans and reports on time, cost, quality and project  scope management to relevant legislation and engineering specification
