Qualifications/ Requirements

  Grade 10 and 18 months experience in road marking and signs

  Ability to work off working plans and drawings 

  A valid Code B driver’s license with PrDP

  Ability to communicate in English

Key Performance Area

  Allocate daily tasks to workers e.g. road signs to be erected, repairs to be carried out by giving verbal instructions

  Ensure that the work has been carried satisfactorily

  Ensure safety of site by checking that safety equipment and warning signs are correctly positioned

  Resolve on-site problems, materials ordered and delivered, correct use of equipment, painting in correct places, signs erected by liaison with staff

  Conduct daily inspections to ensure that workshop, change rooms, store and vehicles are kept in a safe  and clean condition 

  Ensure that operations and procedures are promptly attended to and the required support made available to enable the rendering/ provisions of a quality service
