Qualifications/ Requirements
BSc (Civil) or B
Tech (Civil)
3 years’ experience
in water and sanitation of which 1 year should have been in a management
position
A valid code EB
driver’s licence
Professional
registration will be an advantage.
Key Performance Areas
Manage the
Information Systems within the Water & Sanitation Unit
Network modelling
of the water
and sanitation services,
the GIS and
CAD functions
Applications for
relevant funding, quality control of projects, implementing and maintaining a
system for all drawings
Attend and/or chair
various meetings
Monitor project
budgets, provide demand
and supply information,
deal with consultants,
contractors and communities
Supervise staff and
interact with other sections and business units
Required to assist
with other civil engineering work.
